This is a Professional Quality 5 string Banjo.  This has been inspected and set up at the Banjo Warehouse in Atlanta Georgia.

Description

This is an unused collaboration of professional quality parts that is one serious banjo.

This starts off with a Huber Truetone shell which is the best modern Pre War Banjo style shell made.  The hardware is nickel and this has a mahogany neck and resonator.  The resonator has white binding and concentric rings.  The fretboard is rosewood with a bowtie inlay pattern and also has white binding.  The headstock has a top tension Gibson style shape with the Gibson logo which is a nice touch.  This has a no hole tone ring which is a huge plus, these no hole rings are loud with a lot of clear and crisp attack.  This is a phenomenal banjo that has been unplayed and has all of the best appointments.  This also includes a Gibson style hardshell case.

Condition

This has been unused and is clean.  The frets are perfect and there are no spikes.  The banjo is in new condition and is absolutely beautiful.  The case is used but lightly and is also in great shape.

Set Up

This has been professionally set up at the Banjo Warehouse in ATL.  The head is a new Remo head which is set to 90 on a drum dial.  The bridge is a new Huber Bridge and is set with correct intonation.  The strings are new Huber Truetone .10 gauge strings and the action is set well.  This also is fully adjustable with a truss rod and 2 coordinator rods.

This banjo would be $5000 or more if it was made by Deering or Huber and is probably better quality.  This is unused and is professionally set up and is also a very attractive banjo.
