1930, FON 9617-8, as accredited in Joe Spann's book. This was the highest grade model made by Gibson for Montgomery Ward and is listed in their catalogue as model #507. It features many of the appointments found on high-end Gibson's including- curly maple, two-piece flange (with hexagonal openings), gold plated and engraved hardware, twin co-ordinator rods, modern tuners, 40-hole archtop tone ring, the resonator and neck bindings are of the "Christmas lights" variety as found on Florentine and Bella Voce models, the fingerboard inlays are identical to those used on the Style 6, straight neck, great frets, the plating looks original, the woodwork was refinished decades ago. Beautiful condition with no damage or repairs. HSC. £4000.

I am in the UK.
