Crafted in 1915, this Bacon Professional Grand Concert FF is a remarkable original five-string banjo from the famed Bacon Banjo Company. Bearing serial number 1115, it features an 11 modern renaissance head and a maple pot with an internal tone chamber / resonator , producing the warm, rich, and resonant tone that has made early Bacon banjos so highly regarded.
The neck, heel, and peghead adds both visual appeal and rarity to the instrument's construction.
