For Sale: 2013 Custom Nechville Phantom - includes bronze AND hybrid Tone Ring

Selling this beautiful custom Nechville Phantom. This is a custom job and is slightly different than the stock Phantom model - it features antler style MOP inlays (typically seen on the Orion model) as well as a modified Zeus headstock. As far as I can tell this is one of a kind.

-2 Nechville Helimount wrenches (used for adjusting head tension)
-Nechville Hybrid tone ring - $599 value new (bronze is currently installed, but tone rings in Nechville banjos can be swapped out in a matter of minutes)
-Mikes Banjo Mutes (radiused)
-Shubb capo (radiused)

Condition:
-Excellent condition with only very minor playing wear.
-The only real damage I could find is a tiny little nick on the back corner of the headstock (visible in last photo).
-Frets are in great shape


This is a really incredible banjo with such a great range of tones - it has a beautiful rich and warm sound on the low end, with glassy highs up the neck. The curly maple neck really helps it cut through in a jam as well. This banjo sounds wonderful but the feel is truly second to none. The tunneled and radiused neck make it so comfortable to play. And since it's a Nechville everything can be easily adjusted to your liking.

*I am including the hybrid tone ring. It's got a lovely warm sound and significantly reduces the weight of the banjo. If you really don't want the extra tone ring, let me know and I will consider lowering the total price and selling that separately.
