#130 from 1976. Comes with a letter from Geoff confirming that this was made with experimental parts and was the first banjo to use the tubular tone ring design.

Typical of an early Stelling it roars but even more than usual die to the 1 inch thick rim and 4 lb tone ring!

This thing is a hoss. All original. One of a kind.
